Helping Survivors of Domestic Violence

The Club raise $6,200 to support Banksia Women's Move for Life program. Move for Life is a guided mindful exercise program facilitated by a trauma-sensitive physiotherapist. It invites women living with complex trauma to support their own physical and emotional healing and has proven to be a vital means of recovery for women.
