Kings Cross Rotary Presents: A chat with Rev Dr Matt Wilcoxen

Matt became the rector of St John’s in 2021, having previously served as a minister at churches in Southern California, on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, and on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. Originally from the United States, Matt and his wife, Annie, fell in love with the people and places of Sydney when they moved here for doctoral studies and work in 2012. Together with their three adopted children, Matt and Annie enjoy reading, hanging out at the beach, entertaining guests in their home, and watching sport (they are especially fanatical about basketball).
